We truly value the time and care we dedicate to each appointment and appreciate your understanding of our scheduling policies.
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, missed appointments (no-shows), may be subject to a $150 cancellation fee.
By booking an appointment, you agree to this policy and authorize the practice to charge the card on file if applicable.

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise stated. We accept approved forms of payment as outlined at the time of booking.
All services rendered are non-refundable. Prepaid packages and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. Retail products may be eligible for return or exchange in accordance with applicable policies and state regulations.
