Our policies are designed to create a seamless experience for every client, ensuring clear expectations, consistent care, and a supportive environment. Please take a moment to review the guidelines below, so you can feel assured and confident throughout your wellness journey with us.

  • To ensure you secure your desired date and time, I recommend booking appointments a few weeks in advance. The website displays real-time availability. A valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment.

  • I, Victoria Lugo, PA-C, provide facial assessment consultations for a fee. During your consultation, I will conduct a comprehensive analysis of your facial anatomy, skin condition, and aesthetic goals. This includes a personalized plan of care and discussion of immediate and long-term treatment options.

    I believe that an informed client with realistic expectations is more likely to be satisfied with their results. The consultation fee is listed on the website and social media and may be applied toward treatment if booked within a specified timeframe (if applicable). All treatments are subject to medical appropriateness and my professional judgment.

  • As a courtesy to other clients and to respect my time, I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

    • Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $100 fee.

    • No-shows will also be charged $100.

    • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment.

    Repeated policy violations may result in limitations on future bookings.

  • Due to the nature of aesthetic medical treatments, all sales are final. I do not offer refunds for services rendered, including injectable procedures such as Botox or dermal fillers. Results vary depending on individual anatomy and physiology, and no specific outcome can be guaranteed.

  • To ensure safety and a calm environment, I kindly ask that parents or guardians arrange childcare during appointments. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult if receiving services.

  • For the health and safety of all clients, pets are not permitted in the clinic. Only trained service animals are allowed.

  • Please follow the instructions below to ensure optimal results and safety from your treatment.

    Before Your Botox Treatment:

    • Avoid alcohol for 24 hours.

    • Do not take aspirin, ibuprofen, or fish oil for 3–5 days unless prescribed.

    • Avoid intense workouts the day of your appointment.

    • Let me know about any recent illness, cold sores, or vaccinations.

    After Your Botox Treatment:

    • Stay upright for 4 hours post-treatment.

    • Avoid touching or massaging the treated areas.

    • Avoid vigorous exercise for 24 hours.

    • Skip saunas, hot tubs, and facials for 48 hours.

    • Bruising or swelling is normal and temporary.

    Results typically appear within 7–14 days.

    (Pre/post-care instructions for other treatments like fillers, microneedling, etc., will be provided individually as needed.)
